Omcely is a meditation timer and breathing pacer published by Haua Langer, Lda. (NIF 518022382, Portugal). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Omcely on devices you own or control. The free tier is usable indefinitely. A single, optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks the additional features described in the app. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Purchases & refunds

The one-time unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase sold and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Refunds, billing questions, and purchase restoration are handled by the store under its policies. Use Restore purchase in the app to re-apply a previous unlock on a new device of the same store account. Because the stores manage entitlements per platform, an unlock bought on one platform does not automatically transfer to the other.

Your content

Your sessions, presets, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device and remain yours. We do not access, host, or claim any rights to them. See the privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

Use Omcely for your personal meditation and breathing practice. Don't decompile, resell, or attempt to circumvent the one-time-unlock entitlement. The app is a relaxation and focus tool; it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. If you have a health condition affected by breath-holding or breathing exercises, consult a professional before use.

No warranty & liability

Omcely is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
