Common questions
I bought the unlock but it's not showing on my new phone.
Open Omcely, go to the paywall (tap any locked feature) and choose Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account you bought it with. The unlock is tied to that store account.
Is there a subscription?
No. Omcely is a single one-time purchase. There is no recurring charge and no account.
Does the unlock work on both iOS and Android?
You buy Omcely once per app store. If you switch platforms the unlock doesn't carry across; that's an Apple or Google limitation, not a second charge we choose. Email us and we'll help.
The end bell didn't ring while my screen was locked.
Omcely schedules bells through the system so they fire with the screen off. If a bell is missed, check that notifications and "alarms & reminders" (exact alarm) permissions are allowed for Omcely in your device settings, and that the app isn't being force-stopped by an aggressive battery saver. Tell us your device model if it persists.
How do I back up or move my data?
Go to Settings → Data to export a backup file, and import it on another device. Your data otherwise stays only on the device it was created on.
How do I turn analytics or crash reporting off?
Anonymous analytics are off by default; you can manage analytics and crash reporting any time in Settings. See the privacy policy for exactly what is (and isn't) collected.
